 Volunteer roles

a. Sponosnorship coordinator - Emma Bull and Eleanor Randall.

b. Volunteer coordinator - Mel Naish.

c. Royals and float coordinator - Niki Nicoll and Hannah Good  (artistic input to the float design). 

d. Street entertainment coordinator - Paul Warneck and Caroline Warneck.

e. Music and Square activities coordinator (including food stalls and bar) - Paul Warneck and Caroline Warneck. Tata Paliano would provide her experience and contacts.

f. Marshals and road closure coordinator - Lynne Dominy would continue in this role and elicite additional help from the volunteer marshals.

g. Carnival week activities coordinator - Tata Paliano.

h. Social Media and advertising coordinator - Niki Nicoll.

i. Parade entries and judging - Lydia Morrell and David Milas

Carnival Date and Theme. September 19th was confirmed as the date of carnival 2026. Theme "Mini Beasts"

​

Date of Next meeting will be 13th April at 7pm in the Victoria Hall.
